Eli and I decided to try our hand at pumpkin carving today. I carved, he pulled out the gross stuff.

Lori
I'm a busy wife and mother of 3. I work part time for a really great boss. He sells and installs playground equipment. I basically try to keep him striaght. I volunteer at my church in the nursery and preschool, I love to watch my kids play soccer, I love to take pictures, I love to curl up in my bed and read or watch a good movie. I'm always striving to be a better wife and mother and make our house a home. I love my family.
Philip
Philip is a husband, father, coach, pastor, friend, mentor and the list goes on and on. He started LifeBridge Church almost 6 years ago. We started with about 16 people in our den and have grown to 200. We are in the process of getting plans together to build a building debt free! He loves people and giving and helping others. He was born in Bangladesh and lived there and in India until he came to college in MS. We have been married for 18 years. Philip is an inspiration to all he meets. I love him very much.
Brice
Brice is my first born. He is 15 and is driving. UGH! Brice loves soccer. He has played since he was 5. He played for the high school this year. He also discovered hunting this year. He went last year with no success but this year he got a huge deer and lots of ducks. He is a great student and a wonderful friend. He is concerned for others and likes to help when he can. He says he would like to be a doctor one day. We shall see...
Shelby
Shelby is the middle child. She is 13 and is full of drama. She knows it too. We love Shelby at our house. She is really funny and people just love to be around her. She doesn't like to keep her room straight and she loves to stuff things in her drawers for some reason but I love her anyway. She loves to play soccer. She hasn't played but a couple of years but I guess after watching Brice for all those years she was bound to pick something up from him. She likes to play in goal just like her dad. I hate that part, too much pressure. She loves her friends and they love her. She is the bright spot in our family.
Eli
Little Eli, EJ, Boo...He has many nicknames. He is 7 and we are so glad he came to join our family. It took me a long time to convince Philip that we needed an Eli in our family but aren't we glad we have him. I couldn't imagine life without Eli. He loves soccer as well! I really think anything Brice loved, Eli would love. He is all about his big brother. Wanting to do whatever he does. He loves to read and loves star wars. Just about everyday he is playing with his legos and pretending to be in some far away galaxy. He loves to visit his grandparents and will go and stay with them for days on end. He loves it because he gets whatever he wants!

Great looking Jack-O-Lantern, Eli! I guess you are growing up too. I remember last year when you cried because you didn't want to pull out the "gross stuff". It's pretty yucky, huh????? Good job!
